This is quite exciting for me...my first book review. I will share more as they come in but this being the first was awesome! It made me feel proud of myself for achieving such an accomplishment, especially for someone with ADHD to finish something...that says a lot. And this book was very difficult for me to write as I had to relive the horrors of that time...which also dragged up a lot of my other past horrors as well, so it was a lot. But it was absolutely worth it. I cannot keep these burdens buried deep inside me anymore...I have every right to release them, and this has been a fantastic way to accomplish this. I have felt much lighter since putting this out to the public, plus now I feel heard as well and that makes things a lot easier to deal with. This really is a wonderful process for my healing journey, and I know I am making gains every time I step out of my comfort zone, tell my story and release these awful, heavy burdens that have only been dragging me down.

I truly hope that my sharing will help others as well in the same situation I was to seek help and heal...or if nothing more, to feel a little less alone with your burdens as well.
